What payment methods are available to me?

You can either pay via PayPal, payment in advance or by credit card.

Everything you need to know about the respective payment methods, is listed below.

KLARNA
The purchase by invoice is processed via our external payment service provider Klarna. After you have selected the Klarna purchase by invoice as a payment method and agreed to a credit check, Klarna checks in the background whether the possibility for an invoice purchase exists. Please note that the check is automated and we have no influence on the result. After successful verification, you can complete the purchase with the desired payment method "Klarna invoice".

When buying by invoice with Klarna, you first receive the goods and then have 14 days to pay to Klarna. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your invoice from us and additionally your payment information from Klarna by mail. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it as usual. You pay only what you keep. Please transfer the invoice amount exclusively to the bank details provided by Klarna. You can manage all your purchases via Klarna.com or the Klarna App and even pay with just one click. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the purchase by invoice here. PayPal
With PayPal, you pay quickly and securely without having to enter your account information on our website. Once you have a PayPal account, you pay only by entering your email address and password. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process, where you can make your payment. You have the advantage that your goods will be delivered immediately after the order is received. The debit of your Paypal account takes place directly with the completion of the order.

Credit Card
Pay comfortably and risk-free with your Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card. For the payment you enter your credit card number, the expiration date and the card verification number. For Mastercard and Visa this number has three digits and can be found on the back of the card. For American Express, it has four digits and can be found on the front of the card, above the card number. Your data (credit card company, card number, validity, check digit) are transmitted in encrypted form. The credit card will be charged as soon as the order is received. If you return goods, the corresponding amount will be credited to you immediately.

To make online payments more secure, we use the 3D Secure procedures verified by VISA, MasterCard Securecode and American Express Safekey. If your bank participates in this procedure, an input field will open during payment that connects you with your bank. You will receive further information from your card-issuing bank.
