Modify or cancel an order

Changes:

Unfortunately, changes or additions cannot be made after the order has been completed.


Cancellation:

Due to extensive technical automation and provided that our warehouse has not yet started processing your order, cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order.

To find out if you can cancel your order, please contact customer service.


Address change:

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after the order has been placed.

However, you have two options:

  • Package redirection: Contact the shipping provider directly—depending on the shipping status, your package may still be redirected.
  • Undeliverable shipment: If the package is not delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. After inspection, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.
