Why was my order returned to POLO?

There could be several reasons for this:


  • The package was damaged in transit.
  • The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.
  • The postal code for delivery to a packing station is missing.
  • Acceptance of the package was refused.
  • The order was not picked up from the post office or packing station within the specified time frame.


It is of course very annoying that you did not receive your order. As soon as we have received your order back, the refund will be made automatically.


If you still want the items, you are welcome to place a new order, as unfortunately we cannot resend the order.


To be on the safe side, please check your details and delivery address again.
