How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return, the credit will be issued within 14 days.

The refund will be processed using the payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on the provider, it may take a few days for the amount to reach you.

If you redeemed a gift card, the amount will be credited back to it.

If you no longer have the gift card or it has no credit balance, please contact customer service.

If you made your purchase in a store and need a refund, please provide us with your bank details—this also applies to paid invoice purchases from the store. Our customer service team will be happy to help you.
