How do I return an order?

You are welcome to register your return free of charge via our returns portal, using your order number and the postal code of the delivery address.

But please note! If you ordered via a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, or Kaufland, please initiate your return via the respective marketplace.

If you chose Klarna as your payment method, please inform Klarna about your return. You can do this easily in the “Orders” section of the Klarna app/website.

By informing Klarna about your return, you don't have to worry about possible reminder fees on your invoice. Your invoice will be held until we have processed your return.
