Returns of items shipped by freight forwarder

We are happy to assist you in organising the return of items shipped by freight forwarder. 

Please contact POLO Customer Service if you would like to take advantage of this offer. The cost of return shipping is £79. You are also free to choose your own transport company to handle the return.

*We have adjusted our return policy since 1 October 2024.

Returns not only cause logistical effort, but also significant costs. With the introduction of this flat rate, we would like to contribute to greater sustainability.
